The day ended with a generous congress dinner hosted by the local society. The visiting faculty were all honoured as honorary life-members of the South African Society of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery. Thus ended the most successful ENT Masterclass in Africa since we were first invited by Prof Johan Fagan in 2017. Most of the faculty managed a few days of sightseeing and a visit to a local game reserve before taking their flights back home.
