AAO-HNSF 2025 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO

The global otolaryngology community reunites at the AAO-HNSF 2025 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO in Indianapolis, Indiana, in October.



Saturday morning starts with the Opening Ceremony, featuring James L Netterville, MD, as honorary guest lecturer for the John Conley MD Lecture on Medical Ethics. The day concludes with the Presidents’ Reception at the home of the Indianapolis Colts – an exclusive opportunity to network while experiencing the stadium atmosphere.

This year’s education programme features 520+ sessions, including new programming such as ‘Ask the Experts,’ Problem-Based Learning Sessions, Pardon the OTO-ruption and Game Changers.

Monday October 13 marks the third annual ‘International Day,’ featuring: the International Symposium; Eugene N Myers, MD International Lecture on Head and Neck Cancer; International Sessions; and Global Regional Roundtables. All international attendees are invited to Monday evening's International Reception.

The Honorary Guest Lectureships continue their time-honored tradition. Beyond the Conley and Myers lectures are the H Bryan Neel III, MD, PhD Distinguished Research Lecture, presented by Maie A St. John, MD, PhD; the Cotton-Fitton Endowed Lecture in Pediatric Otolaryngology Lecture, presented by Craig S Derkay, MD; and Howard P House, MD Memorial Lecture for Advances in Otology Lecture, presented by Lawrence R Lustig, MD. 



Scientific presentations will showcase cutting-edge research, with 19 Scientific Oral Presentations as the ‘Best of Scientific Orals’ selected from hundreds of submissions, plus more than 500 Scientific Posters on display.

The OTO EXPO, open for three full days, will host more than 225 exhibitors featuring the latest products and services advancing the specialty. Plus it will have a Wellness Zone for attendees, the new ENT Innovation Park, and much more.
