Signia, a global leader in hearing innovation, has unveiled Signia Multi-adaptive Xperience (MaX), a groundbreaking platform powered by Acoustic Intelligence™, designed to transform the experience of hearing in complex, noisy environments.

Acoustic Intelligence™ marks a new era in hearing technology by combining four Deep Neural Networks (DNNs) to simultaneously analyze speech, background noise, environmental conditions, and the wearer’s own voice. This unified AI approach delivers seamless adaptation to ever-changing real-world soundscapes where traditional hearing aids often struggle—especially in busy group conversations at restaurants, family events, or workplace meetings.

At the heart of the platform is the new Signia MaX chip, delivering:
  • 54x more processing power than previous generations
  • 50% greater energy efficiency for all-day performance, and
  • 2x the memory for real-time processing.

Clinical testing shows 97% of wearers perform better in noisy group conversations with Signia MaX compared to leading competitors¹, making it the leader for signal-to-noise ratio performance in group settings.

Unlike one-dimensional AI systems that primarily reduce noise, Acoustic Intelligence™ orchestrates four distinct AI engines:

RealTime Conversation EnhancementAI:

  • Tracks and enhances multiple voices, processing 75% more data points per second compared to Signia IX².

Own Voice ProcessingAI:

  • Recognizes the user’s voice instantly, powered by 1.5 million voice samples—requiring no in-clinic calibration².

Ambient Scene AdaptationAI:

  • Moves beyond static listening modes, dynamically analyzing speech, noise, and acoustic conditions in real time².

Dynamic Noise ControlAI:

  • Identifies noise sources and wearer activity to fine-tune reduction without sacrificing clarity².

First to Launch: Pure Charge&Go MaX

The first hearing aid on the MaX platform is the Pure Charge&Go MaX, a sleek receiver-in-canal (RIC) device offering up to 28 hours of battery life (including 5 hours streaming) and fast-charging capability: 30 minutes for 6 hours of runtime. The optional portable charger provides up to four additional full charges in a compact design².

Connectivity is future-proof with OneConnect Technology, supporting Bluetooth® Classic, LE Audio, Telecoil, and Auracast™, enabling wearers to stay connected to every device and environment².

“With Signia MaX, connectivity no longer defines the conversation,” said Alves. “This allows hearing care professionals to prioritize personalized outcomes—fitting a platform built for today and ready for tomorrow.”²

The Signia MaX platform, starting with Pure Charge&Go MaX, will be available from 4th September 2026 through hearing care professionals, with more models to follow².
