The Confederation of the European Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery (CEORL-HNS) is offering 20 Observership Travel Grants for young ENT professionals aged 35 and under.
Part of the Confederations 2026 educational initiatives, these grants provide valuable opportunities for early-career specialists to gain hands-on experience and expand their expertise by visiting a department in a European or non-European country.



The Observership Travel Grants (for €1,000) and EBEORL Observership Travel Grants (for €1,300) are open to members of a national or subspeciality society, or individual members of the Confederation who are 35 or younger at the time of application. The grants may not be used to attend congresses or courses, but are intended for observership placements.



CEORL-HNS endeavours to unify the advancement of ORL-HNS in Europe, uniting all 46 national ENT societies and 15 subspeciality societies. Its aim is to facilitate continuing medical education and professional development as well as of maintaining and improving the welfare of ORL-HNS specialists in Europe.



The deadline for applications to the Observership Travel Grants is 30 September 2025. 20 awardees will be selected through a lottery and the results will be notified in November 2025, with the grants disbursed in January 2026.
