The Coalition for Global Hearing Health (CGHH) has announced plans to offer several full-size diagnostic audiometers, hearing aid programming hardware, and miscellaneous supplies for donation to CGHH Members that provide humanitarian services to improve hearing healthcare services in low- or middle-income countries. This equipment was made available through the generosity of Connect Hearing and the hard work of CGHH Director, King Chung, and her team. The equipment is available “as is” and without warranty.

Please see the items initially available for donation here.

Unfortunately, CGHH is not able to cover the cost of shipping, possible future repairs, or additional supplies. International shipping cost of these full-size audiometers can be quite expensive, with initial estimates from $150 to over $1000. In addition, local customs fees and tariffs might apply. Applicants are encouraged to partner with US colleagues who can help transport materials to your site.

Applications will be reviewed monthly by the CGHH Board of Directors at their monthly meeting on or about the second or third Tuesday of each month, with the review of the next round of applications on 18 May. Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications 48 hours prior to that meeting. Available items will be updated after each round.

Please find the application for these items here.
