The new edition is presented in 50 chapters, with the first by Professor Patrick Bradley on the history of head and surgery, and ends with chapters on robotic surgery and proton beam and carbon ion therapy.

The authors represent top clinical leaders from all across the world reflecting different clinical cultures and practices. The book very comprehensively covers all aspects of head and neck oncological management, including current practices in diagnosis such as molecular and genetic testing, staging, surgical techniques and reconstruction, radiation, chemical, biological therapies, rehabilitation and more. All areas of the head and neck are covered, including thyroid and parathyroid malignancies.

This popular textbook shall remain a valuable cutting-edge resource for the entire multidisciplinary team involved in the care of head and neck malignancies. This is a must-have for all head and neck surgeons and highly recommended to trainees preparing for higher examinations and for hospital libraries across the world.
