Laser manufacturer Lynton is thrilled to announce the Great CO2 Trade-In! A ground-breaking incentive for the ENT sector of the NHS, the Great CO2 Trade-In enables hospitals to trade in their current CO2 surgical lasers for a SmartXide Trio, regardless of the manufacturer.

Effective immediately, the programme provides significant exchange value for original lasers, encouraging ENT surgeons to upgrade to the state-of-the-art SmartXide Trio CO2 laser, the only 3-in-1 ENT laser platform on the market. This initiative aligns with Lynton's commitment to sustainability through its HIVE initiative, which focuses on minimising the environmental impact of business operations.

Lynton's HIVE initiative stands as a testament to the company's dedication to environmental responsibility, employee wellbeing, and community support. By actively monitoring and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, Lynton aims to create a sustainable operational model, and has been Carbon Neutral since 2022. The commitment to employee wellbeing fosters a positive work environment that thrives on collaboration. Additionally, Lynton contributes to conservation and charity initiatives, ensuring a positive impact on the communities it serves.

The Great CO2 Trade-In plays a crucial role in HIVE's decarbonisation efforts. Lynton recognises the importance of supporting the NHS in its journey towards achieving decarbonisation of its supply chain, and by participating in this unique trade-in opportunity, healthcare professionals not only benefit from the cutting-edge technology of the SmartXide Trio but also contribute to broader sustainability goals.

"We believe that this initiative will not only provide significant value to surgeons and hospitals, but also contribute to our collective responsibility towards a greener and more sustainable future.” said Dr Jon Exley, Managing Director at Lynton Surgical.

The trade-in program is set to run until March 2024. For more information on participating in this innovative trade-in, interested parties are encouraged to contact Lynton Surgical.
