The Biodesign® Otologic Repair Graft is a grafting biomaterial for tympanic membrane perforation closure that remodels into natural host tissue. Placed in a minimally invasive procedure, the graft offers a repair option that reduces the need to harvest patient tissue. The graft is available in four sizes and may be cut to the desired configuration when hydrated.
The Centered and Offset Concise ALTO Partial provides the surgeon with a functional length range from 0.75mm to 5.75mm, in precise quarter millimetre increments. The newly designed head allows for multidirectional movement for optimal contact with the TM. The Concise Partial comes pre-packaged in the patented Adjuster Body, which greatly simplifies sizing the prosthesis.
The Eclipse Flat Ribbon Nitinol Piston is an enhancement to the standard round wire nitinol pistons. The wide ribbon offers a larger surface area and helps protect the incus during heat application. The shape memory zone of the piston ensures 360° closure around the incus and reduces the chance of the piston body lifting from the vestibule.

The patented Triune ventilation tube was designed to address complications of the standard long term T-Tubes, specifically perforations. The three flanges help to keep the tube in perpendicular relationship to the eardrum. This feature restricts unnecessary erosion of TM tissues. Studies show a 3.0% perforation rate compared to 16.6% for standard long term T-tubes (The Triune, A New Silicone Tympanoplasty Tube; Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery (2006) 134, 524-525).
The Vincent ALTO Total allows for a technique that utilises a silicone band with an intact stapes superstructure. The silicone band may be placed around the superstructure / capitulum for additional stability. The HA head features a central groove to accommodate the malleus if present. The Vincent ALTO Total is packaged with disposable sizers and preloaded in the patented ALTO adjuster body which simplifies sizing the prosthesis.
The Wildcat Pro ALTO Total features a large stable base that mimics the stapes superstructure, crura cutouts to accommodate crura remnants, functional length range of 3mm to 7mm and an HA head with large windows for increased visualization.
