Grace Medical’s adjustable implant system, ALTO System, allows the surgeon to measure, size and trim the prosthesis without removing from the original packaging. Disposable sizers are included in each box of ALTO implants to help gauge the appropriate length before opening the implant itself. Each ALTO prosthesis comes preloaded in the patented adjuster body which features a millimeter scale for precise sizing. The unique design of the adjuster body and implant allows the surgeon to size the implant in precise quarter millimeter increments. After the implant is correctly sized, the ALTO Cutter is then used to trim the excess shaft. No crimping of the implant head to shaft allows the implant to be resized even after initial sizing and trimming.
The Centered and Offset Concise ALTO Partial provides the surgeon with a functional length range from 0.75mm to 5.75mm, in precise quarter millimetre increments. The newly designed head allows for multidirectional movement for optimal contact with the TM. The Concise Partial comes pre-packaged in the patented Adjuster Body, which greatly simplifies sizing the prosthesis.

The patented Triune ventilation tube was designed to address complications of the standard long term T-Tubes, specifically perforations. The three flanges help to keep the tube in perpendicular relationship to the eardrum. This feature restricts unnecessary erosion of TM tissues. The Vincent ALTO Total allows for a technique that utilizes a silicone band with an intact stapes superstructure. The silicone band may be placed around the superstructure / capitulum for additional stability. The HA head features a central groove to accommodate the malleus if present. The Vincent ALTO Total is packaged with disposable sizers and preloaded in the patented ALTO adjuster body which simplifies sizing the prosthesis.
