BalanceVR utilises immersive virtual reality for balance and vestibular assessment and training, providing the clinician with a training tool for adaptation, substitution, and habituation strategies. A motivating and personalised training experience with real-time feedback to optimise intensity progression. Essential assessment includes Cervical Range of Motion and Subjective Visual Vertical. Progressive training modules like Optokinetics, DVA Rehab and Sea Simulation provide efficient rehabilitation. BalanceVR can be used with or without a force plate, with the flexibility to upgrade later.

ICS® AirCal provides a quiet and modern choice for gold-standard caloric irrigation. It heats and cools at a temperature range from 12°C to 50°C and has a superior delivery head, which enables the tester to accurately deliver the stimulus. ICS® Aircal has a small footprint.

The ICS® Dizcovery is the first-ever videonystagmography (VNG) solution to offer all-in one, plug-and-play goggles that work with a unified diagnostic software platform for VNG, video head impulse testing (vHIT), and caloric testing. This innovative tool significantly reduces setup time and enhances diagnostic precision with its advanced Freedom Laser™, which eliminates the need for earth-fixed targets. This comprehensive solution provides vestibular testing through a series of intuitive testing modules. Active Cooling Technology

Our air irrigation system with Active Cooling Technology (ACT) delivers stimuli up to 8°C below ambient temperature. It operates within a temperature range of 20–51°C with ±0.3 K accuracy and rapid temperature control.

MotionVR combines virtual reality with a dynamic, 360-degree force plate that simulate real-life surface and stimulates the full balance system both during assessments and training. The MotionVR is a computerised dynamic posturography (CDP) with SOT, ADT and MCT assessment modules. It offers a motivating and personalised training experience with real-time feedback to optimise intensity progression. Training modules include e.g. Motion Program and BirdVR. Nystalyze is a powerful and scalable system designed for visualising and analysing nystagmus, making it an invaluable tool for treating patients with dizziness and vertigo. With three different available modules, it offers the flexibility to configure the system according to the unique requirements of each clinic.

As of today, Nystalyze is the only available system on the market with a wireless camera that grants an unparallel user experience in regard to patient mobility, freedom of movements and flexibility of use.

Time-consuming aspects of the vestibular examination are speeded up by a high degree of automation. The device’s operating logic supports the user during all phases of irrigation, resting and counting. Sophisticated electronic technology ensures maximum in temperature stability. For easy cleaning and disinfection, the entire front panel is designed as glass surface with fully integrated display and switches. The VARIO is available as water irrigator or air caloristat. 

StaticVR combines virtual reality with static posturography force plates for functional balance assessments and training. It collects real-time data on balance control, enhancing patient progress monitoring. StaticVR offers assessments like CTSIB and Limits of Stability (LoS) and allows the clinician to personalise training with objective data to train sensory integration and postural control. SYNAPSYS VHIT is a unique system that represents a fundamental step forward in the evaluation of the vestibular system.

It does not require the patient to wear any goggles: all results are obtained from the analysis of the patient’s head and eye movements, recorded from a remote camera.
