Fusetec, an Australian company, manufactures fully operable, soft tissue surgical training devices that are used in FESS courses for surgical training. These devices are recommended by Professor PJ Wormald.
The company uses advanced additive manufacturing of human body parts for use as teaching aids during surgical training. These body parts are complete with realistic, anatomically accurate bone, skin and muscle.
Fusetec’s nasal devices will aid in training volunteers on how to do a correct swab of the nose when taking a test for Covid-19.
